Return Policy

VET-DESIGN stands behind its products with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you wish returning a product within 30 days after purchase, for any reason, simply email contact@vet-design.com, mentioning your Invoice Nr. Please provide a brief explanation about the return’s reason and any pictures if applicable. Pictures help us improve our overall customer experience.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it. Returned items must not be altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

We are unable to process returns or refunds after 30 days (from delivery date). Please also note that customer is responsible for the returns shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges and Replacements

We replace items if they are damaged in shipping, defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will appear on your original credit card within a few business days.

If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
